Strategy & Execution Advisory

Great strategy.
Nothing moved.

I help senior leaders close the gap between strategy and execution. With 25 years driving transformation across industries, I work with leaders who are ready to stop letting great plans die in implementation.

The work is personal.
The relationship is personal.

This is not a firm or a methodology I sell. It's a practice — built over 25 years at the intersection of strategy and execution.

I've driven transformation inside Ericsson as a senior executive. I've built companies from scratch — EQFIVE from 2012, YOYPR as co-founder from 2021. I've sat in the chair you're sitting in now. I know what it means to be accountable for results you can't personally track, to walk into a board meeting and explain why the strategy isn't moving, to absorb the pressure from investors while your teams are exhausted and change-fatigued.

That's why this practice is small and selective. I take on work where I can make a real difference — not volume. If you need a speaker, a trainer, or a generalist consultant, I'm not the right person. If you need someone who understands execution at the level where it actually happens, let's talk.

"Most organizations don't fail because the strategy was wrong. They fail because they never built the execution infrastructure to carry it."

I've seen it happen at scale: board-approved strategies, well-funded transformations, talented teams — and 18 months later, nothing has moved. The Phase 1 energy is gone. The deck is still being presented. The accountability structure doesn't match the ambition.

This isn't a project management problem. It's a leadership problem at the top. Leaders who own the strategy need to also own the execution architecture. Without that, brilliant plans become expensive PowerPoints.

That's what I help with — not as an advisor who recommends, but as someone who's built it, run it, and fixed it when it broke.

Three ways to work together

Each engagement starts with understanding what's actually broken — not selling a predetermined solution.

01

The Execution Diagnostic

Flagship — Custom Advisory, 1:1

Most leaders know something is wrong with execution but can't name it precisely. The Diagnostic identifies exactly where the gaps are — in your specific situation, with your specific team and constraints. This is how I open every engagement and establish credibility fast.

  • Personal, high-touch, diagnostic-driven
  • For C-suite leaders seeking clarity on execution blockers
  • Outcome: you know your gaps and exactly what to build next

02

Execution Capability Building

Custom Solutions — Built from Diagnostic Findings

Once the gaps are identified, I build what's missing — with you, not for you. PMO design or overhaul, strategy clarity and cascade, internal communication frameworks, culture for sustained execution, change management capability. Whatever the diagnostic reveals.

  • Custom-designed for each organization
  • For organizations acting on Diagnostic findings
  • Outcome: installed capability; strategies that stick

03

Execution Mastery Program

Cohort — Group Learning, 8–12 Weeks

A structured cohort experience for senior leaders who want to build execution capability alongside peers. Shared methodology, peer accountability, peer insight. Structured around the five pillars of execution mastery.

  • 8–12 senior leaders per cohort
  • For leaders wanting mastery + peer networks
  • Outcome: improved capability; sustained change readiness

What execution mastery requires

Five interconnected capabilities. Execute on all five — transformations stick. Neglect any one — the whole thing stalls.

Execution Mastery

Closing the strategy-execution gap — every time.

Pillar 2

Change Leadership

Transformations that stick beyond Phase 2.

Pillar 3

AI-Augmented Strategy

Practical AI at the strategic level — where it helps, where it creates risk.

Pillar 4

Transformation Capability

Building organizational change muscles that outlast any single initiative.

Pillar 5

Accountability Without Visibility

The accountability structures most leaders use are designed to hide what's actually happening. Here's what works instead.
