Questions
Answers to the questions LinkedIn readers and warm-network contacts most often arrive with — who the diagnostic is for, what it actually covers, what comes after the call, and how the engagement tiers work.
The diagnostic is built for C-suite and senior executives who are personally accountable for a strategy-to-execution outcome — founders, CEOs, COOs, and divisional leaders in growth or transition phases. Industry is secondary; clarity about what should be moving and a willingness to look at how the organization actually delivers are the prerequisites. If the brief lands in your inbox and you have to forward it to whoever owns the problem, the diagnostic is the right fit for that person, not for you.
The next step is the 30-minute diagnostic call — a private first read on where your execution is actually breaking.
The diagnostic applies the Execution Gap framework to your situation. That framework names four execution zones: Vision and Strategy (clarity of the destination), Alignment and Coordination (the cross-functional mechanism that moves the organization toward it), and Execution Discipline (the operating cadence that keeps the strategy moving past early-phase energy) — plus the bridging diagnostic question that opens every engagement and surfaces which of the three pillars is actually breaking.
The full named framework — four pillars, one diagnostic — is laid out on the Execution Gap framework page.
Andrea responds to your submission within two business days to schedule the 30-minute call. During the call she listens for the structural pattern named in the diagnostic question, then sends a short written readback afterward — naming the pillar that is most likely breaking and the specific questions worth pressure-testing internally before any engagement is proposed.
No engagement is sold in the call and no tier is recommended on the spot. If an engagement is the right next step, you'll hear about it in the readback — if it isn't, you'll hear that too.
Three tiers, each matched to a different scope. Focused Sprint is a time-boxed four-to-six-week deep dive into the single pillar the diagnostic identified as breaking — initial scoping session, three working sessions, stakeholder input synthesis, a written output, and a 30-day follow-up review. Advisory Cadence is a recurring monthly engagement for multi-quarter execution challenges — two 60-minute sessions per month, async input between sessions, and a quarterly review against the original diagnostic findings. Strategic Partnership is an embedded ongoing relationship with weekly advisory access, board and investor prep, alignment facilitation, an annual diagnostic refresh, and a 12-month minimum.
The full inclusions and exclusions for each tier are on the advisory engagements page.
The diagnostic is the prerequisite for engagement pricing — not a paid engagement itself. Pricing is set per engagement after the diagnostic has named the scope. Different pillars break in different ways, and the scope of the work that follows depends on what the call actually surfaces. The diagnostic is gated only by the booking form on this site.
If you want to start there, book the diagnostic call.
A Focused Sprint runs four to six weeks end-to-end and is the shortest engagement format. An Advisory Cadence is a recurring working relationship that runs across multiple quarters, with a structured quarterly review against the original diagnostic. A Strategic Partnership has a 12-month minimum and is reset against an annual diagnostic refresh.
No engagement extends past its natural scope — if the diagnostic surfaces something shorter than a tier's natural run, that's the engagement that gets proposed.
Some inbound asks fall outside the practice and are worth naming explicitly so no one spends a diagnostic call on the wrong fit. The practice is not the right match for keynote or panel speaking requests, internal training programs, or executive-coaching engagements scoped at the personal-leadership level. It is also not an interim leadership or fractional operator role — if the work needs someone in-seat carrying execution forward, that's a different engagement entirely. Project-level implementation staffing is handled by someone else.
If your situation sits outside the diagnostic scope, the booking form still routes to Andrea directly and you'll get a quick reply either way.
